A list of not recommended books...
I was recently inspired by comedian Jimmy Fallon… He collaborated a list of “Books Not to Read”… I found it so funny that I went on a little hunt to find more of the like.
I have feelings of humor and bewilderment at the very fact that indeed these books made it to be published… so read on, here are a few books you should not read and for those of you with a...
A few tips on conducting PR for a non-profit...
The following information is from an article providing basic guidance to develop a PR strategy for non-profit organizations… I can see how this would be helpful to a small business or corporation as well.
1 Know your community inside and out. This may sound easy but it’s not. Do you personally know the community relations (CR) person at the major papers where you live? Could you...

1) As my car is in the shop getting fixed this week, I am experiencing this beautiful, eery bliss due to my rental being a sexy truck. To be honest I am usually on the side of the pendulum that screams “eco-car” but this week I have been having fun driving this thing around. Its growing on me… who knew…

Midnight musings…
I got home late tonight; it’s just after twelve and its bedtime. I blissfully utilize my newly inherited espresso machine and make something decaf before hitting the sack. And as I am unwinding, thoughts are bidding my mind farewell like a southbound train. I’m stewing over what it means to become like a child.

listening to Leigh Nash these days… www.myspace.com/leighnash
today I am driving to my parents home located in a little farm town in Southern Alberta… the town where cows and tractors freely occupy the roads. For me, it’s a place of peace.. I look forward to sitting in the living room lit with the ambience of Christmas lights, drinking a cup of tea and listening to silence… the chaos of the city does not exist in such moments.
